中职“双师型”教师企业实践效能评估体系构建研究

摘要:本文主要是围绕中职“双师型”教师企业实践效能评估体系展开构建。针对目前企业在开展教师实践活动过程中,存在着实践效果难以测定;注重评估形式而忽视实际;缺少企业主体参与等问题,文章在借鉴文献研究法、德尔菲专家咨询法和层次分析法(AHP),采用柯氏四级评估模型(KirkpatrickFour-LevelModel)、教师专业发展理论、利益相关者理论和能力本位教育理论的基础上,构建了“实践准备与方案设计”(反应层/ 输入层)、“实践过程与参与度”(学习层/ 过程层)、“能力提升与成果产出”(行为层/ 输出层)和“成果转化与辐射效应”(结果层/ 影响层)四个维度,包含 4 个一级指标、12 个二级指标和 36 个三级指标的评估体系,并以青岛十三所中职学校为例进行验证,提出从政策、组织、技术、文化四方面对本研究提出的评价体系的应用策略。具体来说就是:从政策层面,需要加强顶层设计;从组织层面看,需要完善落实办法;从技术层面讲,需要运用信息化手段;从文化层面讲,需要重视教育氛围的营造。

Research on the construction of the effectiveness evaluation system of secondary vocational school”dual-qualified”teachers’ enterprise practice

Abstract: This research focuses on the construction of an efficacy evaluation system for enterprise practice of secondary vocational“double-qualified”teachers. Addressing prominent issues such as difficulties in measuring practical effects, assessment mechanisms prioritizing form over substance, and the absence of enterprises as evaluation subjects in current practices, the study comprehensively employs literature review, Delphi expert consultation, and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on the Kirkpatrick Four-Level Model, teacher professional development theory, stakeholder theory, and competency-based education theory, it constructs a multi-dimensional and multi-level evaluation system. This system encompasses four dimensions: “Practice Preparation and Program Design” (Reaction/Input Level), “Practice Process and Participation” (Learning/Process Level), “Ability Improvement and Outcome Output” (Behavior/Output Level), and “Result Transformation and Radiative Effect” (Result/Impact Level), comprising 4 first-level indicators, 12 second-level indicators, and 36 third-level indicators. The applicability and effectiveness of this evaluation system were verified through a case study. Furthermore, mechanisms and application suggestions to ensure its effective implementation were proposed from four aspects: policy, organization, technology, and culture. The aim is to provide theoretical reference and practical tools for enhancing the quality of enterprise practice for secondary vocational “double- qualified” teachers, promoting their professional development, and deepening school-enterprise cooperation.
