| 摘要:民办高校在高等教育体系中占据着重要地位,其学科建设直接关系到学校的整体发展和竞争力。图书馆作为学校的文献信息中心,肩负着为教学科研提供信息保障的重要任务。因此,如何实现民办高校图书馆信息资源管理与学科建设的协同发展,是当前值得深入探讨的问题。当前,民办高校图书馆在信息资源建设方面面临诸多挑战。一方面,经费投入相对有限,难以购入高质量、全面的学术资源,造成资源结构不够优化。另一方面,对学科建设的服务意识和服务能力有待提升,信息资源与学科需求的匹配度不高。要实现两者协同发展,需从以下几个方面入手。首先,加强信息资源建设的规划性。图书馆应深入了解学校的学科发展规划和科研方向,有针对性地引进与学科建设密切相关的文献信息资源。其次,提升图书馆员的专业素养。通过培训和学习,提高图书馆员的信息检索、分析和整合能力,使其能够更好地为学科建设提供信息服务。第三,建立有效的沟通机制。图书馆应与各学科的教师和科研人员保持密切联系,了解他们的信息需求,及时调整信息资源建设的方向。最后,积极利用现代信息技术。通过建设数字图书馆、开发学科服务平台等方式,提高信息服务的效率和质量。 |

| Abstract:Private universities play an important role in the higher education system, and their discipline construction directly affects the overall development and competitiveness of the school. As the literature and information center of the school, the library shoulders the important task of providing information security for teaching and research. Therefore, how to achieve the coordinated development of information resource management and discipline construction in private university libraries is a problem worthy of in-depth exploration at present.Currently, private university libraries face many challenges in information resource construction. On the one hand, the relatively limited funding makes it difficult to purchase high-quality and comprehensive academic resources, resulting in an insufficiently optimized resource structure. On the other hand, the service awareness and capacity for discipline construction need to be improved, and the matching degree between information resources and discipline needs is not high.To achieve coordinated development between the two, we need to start from the following aspects. Firstly, strengthen the planning of information resource construction. The library should have a deep understanding of the school’s disciplinary development plan and research direction, and introduce targeted literature and information resources closely related to disciplinary construction. Secondly, enhance the professional competence of librarians. Through training and learning, improve the information retrieval, analysis, and integration abilities of librarians, enabling them to better provide information services for disciplinary construction. Thirdly, establish an effective communication mechanism. Libraries should maintain close contact with teachers and researchers from various disciplines, understand their information needs, and adjust the direction of information resource construction in a timely manner. Finally, actively utilize modern information technology. By building digital libraries and developing subject service platforms, we aim to improve the efficiency and quality of information services. |
