融合BIM和协同设计理念的建筑室内设计专业教学模式新探——以建筑装饰计量与计价、装饰材料与构造两门课程为例

摘要:为了有效地将现代技术和设计理念融入到专业教学中,同时培养能够适应未来建筑设计行业需求的高素质人才,研究通过结合BIM 技术、协同设计理念与相关专业课程,提出了一种新型教学路径。并针对建筑室内设计专业设计了具有实时性实施评估与反馈机制的创新教学模式。另外,利用深度学习技术搭建了评价模型,并根据该模型对当前的教学质量进行了实时评价。实验结果表明,创新教学模式显著提高了学生的设计能力和协作效率(P<0.05),高职学生在创新教学模式下和传统教学模式下的设计作品平均得分分别为92.32 和78.58。由此可见,该创新教学模式能为教育实践提供可行的教学策略。

A new exploration of the teaching model of architectural interior design combined with BIM and collaborative design concept —— Take architectural decoration measurement and valuation,decorative materials and construction as examples

Abstract: In order to effectively integrate modern technology and design concepts into professional teaching, and at the same time cultivate high-quality talents who can adapt to the future needs of the architectural design industry. The study proposes a new teaching path by combining BIM technology, collaborative design concepts and related professional courses. An innovative teaching mode with real-time implementation evaluation and feedback mechanism is designed for the architectural interior design profession. In addition, an evaluation model was constructed using deep learning technology, and the current teaching quality was evaluated in real time according to the model. The experimental results show that the innovative teaching mode significantly improves students’ design ability and collaboration efficiency (P<0.05), and the average scores of the design works of the senior students under the innovative teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode are 92.32 and 78.58, respectively.It is thus clear that the innovative teaching mode can provide a feasible teaching strategy for educational practice.
