新时代大学生劳动教育的内涵与实践路径研究 |

| 摘要:随着社会经济形态的深刻变革,劳动的内涵与形式正发生显著变化,大学生劳动教育作为培养全面发展人才的重要载体,其目标与实践方式也需同步升级。本文基于劳动形态的时代特征与高等教育规律,重新界定新时代大学生劳动教育的核心内涵,即从技能训练转向综合素养培育,从单一实践转向多元融合,从被动参与转向主动创造。通过分析当前高校劳动教育存在的形式化、脱节化、表层化问题,结合国内外高校典型案例,从课程体系、实践模式、评价机制、资源整合四个维度构建实践路径,为培养适应现代社会需求的劳动素养人才提供参考。 |

| Research on the Connotation and Practical Path of Labor Education for College Students in the New Era |

| Abstract: With the profound changes in the socio-economic form, the connotation and form of labor are undergoing significant changes. As an important carrier for cultivating well-rounded talents, the goals and practical methods of labor education for college students also need to be upgraded synchronously. Based on the characteristics of labor forms and the laws of higher education, this article redefines the core connotation of labor education for college students in the new era, which is to shift from skill training to comprehensive literacy cultivation, from single practice to diverse integration, and from passive participation to active creation. By analyzing the problems of formalization, disconnection, and superficiality in current labor education in universities, and combining typical cases of domestic and foreign universities, a practical path is constructed from four dimensions: curriculum system, practical mode, evaluation mechanism, and resource integration, providing reference for cultivating labor literacy talents that meet the needs of modern society. |
