高职校课程思政“三维协同”育人路径研究 |

| 摘要:以提升高职课程思政育人成效为目标,基于“价值引领立体化”“能力培养阶梯化”“知识传授情境化”三维协同框架,提出构建“家国情怀—职业精神—人格修养”三级价值目标体系、“基础能力—专项能力—综合能力”三阶能力模型,并依托“工作过程系统化”理论设计情境化教学项目的实现路径,为突破课程思政“两张皮”、实现能力培养与价值塑造深度融合提供实践参考。 |

| Abstract:With the goal of enhancing the effectiveness of higher vocational courses in the field of ideological and political education, based on the three-dimensional synergistic framework of ‘three-dimensional value leadership’, ‘laddering of competence cultivation’, and ‘contextualisation of knowledge transmission’, it is proposed to construct a The three-level value target system of ‘national sentiment - professionalism - personality cultivation’, the three-stage competence model of ‘basic competence - special competence - comprehensive competence’, and the three-stage competence model of ‘basic competence - special competence - comprehensive competence’ are proposed. It also proposes to construct a three-level value target system of ‘national sentiment, professional spirit and personality cultivation’, a three-order ability model of ‘basic ability, special ability and comprehensive ability’, and to design the realisation path of contextualised teaching projects based on the theory of ‘systematisation of work process’, so as to provide practice for the breakthrough of the ‘two skins’of curriculum thinking and politics and the realisation of the in-depth fusion of ability cultivation and value shaping. |
